Terms and conditions for purchasing/selling WME from/to WME Agents

To conclude a long-term agreement with WME agents an applicant must hold a WM Passport, not lower than Personal. Eligible applicants should contact the WMID 257714358832, sending a copy of the application to financial@wmeuro.eu, state "Dealership" in the subject of the letter.

1. To purchase WME:

1.1. Send the following data to WMID 257714358832 (copy to financial@wmeuro.eu):

• Purchase Agreement reference number and date;
  
• Company name (Purchaser name);
  
• Purchase Amount in WME.
  

1.2. Transfer funds by a bank transfer (wire) to the EUR bank account, provided by the Agent after reviewing and processing the Application.

1.3 Upon funds’ receipt by the Agent, WME are transferred to the Applicant’s E Purse as per Purchase Agreement terms and conditions.

2. To sell WME:

2.1. Send the following data to WMID 257714358832 (copy to financial@wmeuro.eu):

• Sale Agreement reference number and date;
  
• Company name (Seller name);
  
• Amount in WME for sale;
  
• Full bank details of Eur account, including:

2.2. Transfer funds from your Purse to Agent's WMID. As soon as funds reach this Purse, a bank wire will be initiated as per Sale Agreement Terms and Conditions.

All payments are executed in Euro. Any third party payments and transfers are strictly forbidden.
