Terms and conditions for purchasing WME by Individuals by a bank wire.

1. An Individual must hold a WM Passport, not lower than Formal. If you have Formal passport already but still didn't load a copy of your ID, at first you have to load scan copy of your ID with use WM Passport service.
   
   
2. An Individual must have his personal bank account in EURO.
   
   
3. The originator of the funds must always match the name listed as the passport holder and funds must be in EURO.
   
   
4. To buy WME (electronic check to bearer) an application must be sent to WMID 257714358832 and it’s copy to financial@wmeuro.eu with subject "Purchase WME".

   Sample of application:
   

   • Please draw up an invoice for purchase (a sum of WME to be deposited in a purse) WME;
     
     
   • Surname and first name (in English);
     
   • Residential address;
     
     
   • WMID and number of E purse;
     
     
   • E-mail address and phone number;
     
     

5. The invoice including bank details will be sent to an Individual by e-mail.
   
   
6. When funds will receive the system will top up the purse accordingly.
   
   

Tariff & Limits

Agents commission – 10 EURO. Bank charges at cost of Buyer.

Weekly Limits:

• with formal passport max. 700 WME;
  
• with personal passport max. 1900 WME.
  

Every single purchase min. 300 WME.

Please note:

The Agents bank is located in SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). If Buyers bank is located in SEPA as well it gives a chance to reduce bank charges dramatically.
